These Terms of Service govern your use of Ubour (https://scfhs.asnb.sa), a digital exam-preparation service operated by ASNB Smart Solution. By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms.
The service
Ubour provides online practice questions, timed sessions, mock exams, study materials, and related progress tools for Saudi Pharmacist Licensure Examination (SPLE) preparation. Content availability may vary by plan.
Ubour is an independent study product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties unless explicitly stated.
Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials confidential. One subscription is intended for personal use by the account holder. Sharing accounts, selling access, or allowing multiple people to use the same login is prohibited and may result in suspension without refund.
Acceptable use
You may use Ubour only for personal exam preparation. You must not copy, scrape, redistribute, publicly post, or commercially exploit question content, explanations, or other proprietary materials.
You must not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass access controls, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans grant access for the purchased duration shown at checkout (for example 1, 2, or 3 months). Prices are displayed in Saudi Riyal (SAR).
Payments are processed by Moyasar. By paying, you authorize the charge for the selected plan. Access begins when payment is confirmed as paid.
Unless stated otherwise at checkout, subscriptions are one-time period purchases and do not auto-renew.
Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Refund Policy on refunds, the Refund Policy controls for refund matters.
Disclaimer
Ubour is a study aid. We do not guarantee exam passage, score outcomes, or specific results. Content is provided for educational practice and may contain errors; we work to improve accuracy over time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Saudi law, ASNB Smart Solution is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to a paid subscription is limited to the amount you paid for that subscription.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Courts in Saudi Arabia have jurisdiction over disputes, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
