Payment data: we do not collect or store full card numbers (PAN), CVV, or PIN. Payments are processed by Moyasar. We may store payment references such as payment ID, amount, currency, status, and subscription status.
Technical data: basic logs such as IP address, browser/device type, and timestamps, used for security and troubleshooting.
Contact messages: name, email, and message content when you write to us.
Why we use your data
We use personal data to create and secure your account, deliver practice content and subscriptions, process payments and refunds, provide support, improve the product, and meet legal or regulatory obligations.

We share data only as needed with service providers that help us operate Ubour, including our payment provider (Moyasar) for checkout and settlement, and hosting/infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf.
